Massage is a great way to relieve the physical discomfort and emotional stress that can accompany pregnancy. it can help put you in touch with your body, and during the later months of pregnancy your unborn child may also become aware of your abdomen being gently stroked.

Massage relaxes the mind and body, relieving muscular tension, promotes well-being and improves sleep at night.

 

Postnatal

Massage can help after the birth too. As well as giving you some precious time to look after yourself, massage can be beneficial helping the uterus to contract, also strengthening and reducing the gap in the abdominal muscles.
